TOP TEN OUTSTANDING MAYOR OF THE PHILIPPINES AWARD 2003

Pagsanjan, Laguna Municipal Mayor Jeorge “E.R” Ejercito Estregan receives from Senator Aquilino Pimentel, JR., Senate President Franklin Drilon and DILG Secretary Jose Lina, Jr. A plaque of recognition after he was conferred the 2003 local Governenment leadership award as one of the Top ten Outstanding Municipality Mayors of the Philippines, in recognition of his Exemplary Leadership Qualities and Significant Contribution to the promotion of Good Local Governance and Community Development, in rites helt last October 13,2003 at the Recto, laurel, Tanada rooms of the Philippines senate, Pasay City.
